My wife and I have been thinking about selling our home for the past two years but something always came up to prevent us from following thru. We have talked to several agents in our area and found them to be very vague about the process. Once we talked to Rich and Megan we found them to be extremely knowledgeable about our neighborhood as well as informative on what steps to take if we decide to continue with the process to sell. Other agents we talked to only wanted to talk about the number of homes the have sold in our area, Rich and Megan actually sat down with us and went over the process step by step, including how to start. Once we decide it was time to sell, they took over and made it so easy and we were informed regularly when and what the next move was. The Watsons sold our house in only three days for more than the asking price and helped with all the little details that really are big details ( such as moving company addresses, etc). They had it covered before we asked. It was all seamless and stress free. We closed in under four weeks and are so happy with the team that we have asked them to help find our next house. Unfortunately the rating scale only goes to 5 stars, but we rate them a 10.
